Might have to jump ship.

I received a letter from BMW financial about my lease extension on my E90 and they denied it! I did some research and found out BMW will not extend the lease on a car with an expired warranty. The car was due back on May 17th. I'm in a major bind. Need a car and cannot wait for F80 till August. Went to look at M5 today lease rates are great and the 2014s are on the way out. This sucks was looking forward to F80. I have two options. A Shakir M5 Orange with no competition but the car has carbon interior, mirrors and exterior parts or Alpine white with black interior/comp package. Any one know anything about lease extension I don't?

And you don't need to buy. I always rent a car from a longterm rental company here while waiting for my car from Euro delivery. It's pos models as Hyundayi Elantra etc but they are quite new and I only pay ~$300 for a month. Man do I appreciate my car when it arrives

Think I have one more option on a M3 that will be here in a couple weeks. MW/black . Not my first choice but I could live with it. Fingers crossed. We will see if not M5 it is.

Good idea. It is only 2 months, man, do it TG style and buy a $2,000 car you drive into the ground. Just punish it.

You could always just buy out your lease and finance the amount over a 60 month period. Then you don't have to worry about getting your M4 right away. Then when the M4 comes in you sell your current car that's financed and really the only difference would have been a a couple of dollars difference between your monthly lease rate and your finance rate and depending on your state the taxes.

Or you could just do like I did and say fck it and buy a RS5 so that whether the M4 is good or not, I'll still have a cool whip and one of the last of breed NA V8s. If I prefer the M4 then I saw and if not them I still have a dope car.

I don't care my build was Yas so I've heard all the crap talking. I'm not fond of black interior though I find it boring. Guess with kids it will be better.

You can also try relayrides.com (airbnb for cars). A friend of mine is looking into this for the summer and mentioned he'll save quite a bit.

I just did this four weeks ago. My 2011 M3 lease was running out and I got an M5. I have never enjoyed a car more than this one.

Nothing girly about no color options, that's just for you boys who really want to blend in. Tony had the right way down with his design.

No I didn't. I don't care for the wheels on the comp package and I won't be tracking the car. And, for wife reasons I was trying not to make the car too highly optioned and thus a higher lease payment.

Buy some old mustang or something! A miata!

I could find lots of cars to hold me over. It would be kind of fun actually.

I have two options Alpine/black with comp package fully loaded or Shakir/black fully loaded with no comp package but It it had black kidneys, carbon interior, carbon spoiler and M performance steering wheel with the shift lights.

Can your dealer locate a trade vehicle with specs more to your liking? If you are cool with one of those then get it. I really thought my next car was going to be a Cayman S and here I am loving my 4300 pound beast mode M5.

If you hit 88 mph in that do you go forward or backwards in time?
