I still would part out the car if people would not lowball on the OEM parts.
I also still would sell the complete car. I had to make a decision and register the car since I was holding an excempt permit which allowed me to still register it despite old emissions status of the car. The excempt was time-restricted also. Well, now I still have a brand-new car. Only thing that changed is the registration.
