WTB: E90 M3 - Low Miles- Chicago-ish

I am looking to buy an E90 M3. I just sold my 2011 E92 ZCP due to my wife being pregnant and am looking to make a move quickly.

Here is what I am looking for:

2008-2011 E90 M3 ZCP
No accidents, paintwork, stories, etc. - my car didn't have a stone chip on it even and I am looking for something close to that at least.

Space Grey - Interlagos - LeMans
Black Leather or Speed Cloth
6MT Preferred - will consider DCT if everything else lines up
Things I prefer: Nav, Heated Seats, Satellite Radio
Things I am flexible on: Sunroof

My price range is pretty wide depending on what you have. Not looking to spend 50k, I will say that.
