LA Auto M3's

Damn BMW- wouldn't let us inside the "M"'s at the show........

No price listed either......

The M3 Coupe was very hot- AW looks good and the 19's looked better than I thought they would. The car definitely stands out a lot more than a 335i especially in AW- in Jet Black though you miss a lot of this.

I was surprised that the M3 sedan did NOT look as good as I had hoped (I need 4 doors) and I'm beginning to see why there was no E46 M3 sedan- you loose a lot of the sportiness...

Also, there has been a lot of talk about the C63 but after seeing this at the show as well IMO the E92 M3 is much better looking car. Our "M" is much sportier looking and graceful yet still aggressive.

I'm starting to warm up to Alpine White, but only if I can't get BMW to make me a M3 in a brighter, non-metallic red at some point (like the current Z4 'Bright Red'). I think the coupe looks so much better, but there is beauty in the utility of the four doors too, though I already have a four door 330i so it's the coupe for me.

Even though I grew to like the E46 M3 over time, there are still some details about it I never got used to. Not so with this one - it has a very beautiful shape IMO. It also makes the regular 335 look somewhat pedestrian. And then there is that beautiful V8 noise that you will never get from the turbocharged car.

the lady at the bmw booth said 60-70.. wouldnt clarify if its base price or what

ok so after finally seeing it in the metal.. i thought it looked great from far away, overall a bit disappointed. maybe because it was white, but the fenders looked small the whole car too sleek and feminine compared to the e46

hopefully i'll change my mind.. but i didnt have that OMG i have to have it feeling i did with the old one
