Advice: 2011 E92 M3 vs. 2010 E92 M3 cost

I am currently looking at two M3's. If I could mix and match parts from both it would be perfect! Both are Alpine white. Which seems like the better deal? I tracked down the previous owner of the 2010 and he said the car didn't give him one problem while he owned it. I think I can get both of these down a couple thousand more.

2010 - 28k miles @ $46k w/ DCT
Cons: No Warranty
Silver Novillo Leather
No LCI Tail Lights



2011 - 25k miles CPO @ $51,500
Cons: No CF roof
6MT (not necessarily a huge deal)
