New Member From Saudi Arabia :)

Hi,

I would like to congratulate you all for this lovely and amazing forum. I've been checking out this forum allot lately and found it really helpful and interesting. Im from Saudi Arabia and im an M Power enthusiast. Im a member on M5board.com AKA KSA ///M5. I owned all M Power cars except the M1, i kept some of them until now. I'll be receiving my Alpine White E92 M3 within 2 weeks. I ordered it without EDC, Navigation system and I-Drive since i'll be installing a coilover suspension, hate to deal with the I-Drive and perfer the look of the standard flat dash board. I'll post pictures of the M3 with some other cars as soon i receive it

Welcome to the boards.

Sounds like you have quite an impressive collection, can't wait to see it brought up to date with the e92.

Welcome KSA. Really looking forward to all the pictures you will be posting. I do have a question for you, so if one wants to put an after market suspesion or any other parts on the car, the I drive is a pain to deal with? I was thinking to put an aftermarket parts on the there someday, but I want to know how easy will it be. Hey, I forget to tell you that I am originally from Egypt, but grew up and live in the USA.
Question for all the guys, if I want a sunroof, do I have to get rid of the carbon fiber roof? Can I order a sunroof with the carbon fiber roof? If not, what do you guys think will look better? Keep in mind that I might order black so the roof might not be that noticeable. How many guys or girls getting a sunroof?

Do you mean the E36? I had one and sold it 2 years ago, it was the 3.2L

The I-Drive has nothing to do with installing after market parts. What i meant is i hate to use the I-Drive in general, its some how annoying for me. I didn't order the EDC option because i want to installing a suspension kit and that will disable the EDC function. if you're only installing lowering springs, you will have no problems with the EDC and it will still be functional. Regarding the sun roof, you cant have it with the carbon fibre roof

The parts that extended leather cover are vinyl in base form, I believe. Look basically the same, though.

Doesn't surprise me one bit. One of my friends just got rid of his evo IX, the thing was a monster.
