Finally, Frozen Grey/Rust Brown....Lots'o pics!

it's high time i posted pics of this car, considering i picked it up in august and have been yammering on and on about it for most of last year. i wanted to get a good photographer or at least use a good camera before i posted anything up. looks like that's not going to happen now so i'll just have to settle for the good ol' iPhone.

well, at least there'll be a lot of pics to see for any of you who are interested at all. seeing that it's just been confirmed by Sickfinga that this is the only one in the North America and Canada....i'm sure there's some interest out there.

Mach Shnel 10mm spacers on the rear
50% ( i think...) formula one ceramic window tint

before i post anymore pics, i need to say a quick thanks. because the car you see here is a far cry from what i was originally going to get before i came to know this forum.knowledge is power and i saved a lot and i got a lot out of this place... i'm grateful for that.

so thanks to all of you here. thanks for contributing all the knowledge, energy and time to make this forum the resource it is. especially RingMiester01, LarThaL, FrankThomas, Mike Benvo, Pertplus, calscooby, OC / / / M and most of all,ILSMKU for all the advice and support. apologies in advance to anyone i may have forgotten.

thanks also to Patrick over at Sonic. this guys was soooo patient with me, being a complete noob, about wheels. he spent a lot of time picking out the right wheel and fitment for my car and i appreciate that.look him up if you're in need of wheels....you won't regret it. thanks to Tom and Kevin over at EAS for their expertise and tight installs on all the mods for this car.

last and definitely not least, a BIG thanks to GOLFFRR, David Aviles and Francesca over at Steve Thomas BMW...for handling and acquiring my individual order. not every dealer can order you what you want....sometimes it take a team of people with some clout to get things done. it took a lot of effort to get this order approved and i was lucky enough to have this people at my side. GOLFFRR also set up a great delivery experience, hooked me up with EAS and saw to me well after the car drove off the lot.it's a no brainer where i'll get my next car......not a plug. just the truth.

Those wheels are a perfect match too.

I went back and forth between grey and black and still know I would have been just as happy with frozen grey.

funny thing about that....while i was toying with the idea of getting bronze wheels of some sort, because it would match the interior so well....i passed them up to get these wheels...

Frank told me these were brush tinted....so i ordered them that way. factory even sent me a pic that looked like Frank's...what i got was something on the bronze side of things. not bad....it all worked out.

Really? Def something of personal preference but I think gray/brown of any tone/hue is fantastic. Throw back to the early racing years when all German race cars were silver/gray and the seats were natural brown leather.

I see a bunch of high end Euros (particularly Porsches) now with a silver/gray and brown combo.

A few years back I had an e92 335i space gray / terra and I really miss that car.

Love this hopefully I can see it in person.

What an epic car, I absolutely love this combo!! Kind of similar tones to my Sgraph/Bamboo, which BMW doesn't recommend haha. Very tasteful mods too, well done!

Have you considered doing a mild drop?
