Do you have the oem spoiler on right now? Maybe they don't want to deal with removing the original one. That is actually more work than sticking the new one on.

I installed the one for my E90 but I know the E92 spoiler is a bit larger so betalink may be the way to go.

one of the local guys down here in Seattle used 3m double sided tape. I was trying to make it budge and it was on pretty damn good.

It's not hard at all.
I use this tape by 3m. It's the strongest one they make. Just measure, cut, and apply this to the back of the spoiler. Then clean the trunk with a bit of alcohol and line the spoiler up where you want it. Press down evenly on the spoiler and let it sit for a few hours.

Shot you a PM, op.

I think there might have been a misunderstanding on the phone. I believe Ariel thought you needed it removed which if that's the case, you'll need a body shop to do that. Installing one is most certainly not a problem for us

There was an oem spoiler delete option so not all cars came with the spoiler. Mine did, it is not hard, just takes time to remove the spoiler and the adhesive. I did mine myself and installed with the 3m tape.

The 3M is more than strong enough. I have my CF spoiler on with 3M for almost 2 years now and it's still as strong as day one. I purposely chose NOT to go with betalink because I heard that it is so strong somebody tried to steal the spoiler off a forum member and the thief ended up damaging the trunk.
