OSRAM H7 Bulbs

Have anyone tried these for Halogen 128s?

They are 65W, 10W more than OEM, so it would make sense that these would be brighter, and I don't think they should stress the wires that much.

Any other options for halogen bulbs that I should pursue? Just trying to look for a more even coverage with some benefit of additional light. Don't really care about what the color looks like, going higher Kelvin anyways reduces overall light output.

I'm quite sure they were off a seller called "mylitco" on ebay.
Much better than the standard yellow bulbs, brighter and aesthetically more pleasing because of the white.

Cool, I ordered some.

I was concerned about the 65W draw, but after reading it doesn't seem like an issue

I usually get my bulbs shipped from the UK. Good prices, free shipping, and the bulbs are much better quality, they last a lot longer.

This is one of the sites I use:

http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/

Can't remember the other one right now.

Big fan of the Philips Extreme Vision.

Because nothing hints to highway robbery when they tell you that you can get 110 Watts out of a 55w bulb for $100

Yeah, I wouldn't touch PIAA at all. They don't last long and are way expensive. People will start to find out soon that they are crap!

I have just installed 65W these for Low & High beam. Super impressed, I even had to lower my Lows beams to avoid oncoming cars flashing me in the Country roads. The low beams - wrongly leveled - have been so effective I didnt need to use High beams until the Hilly roads

A little about my H7 history - I used Silvania Silverstar & Silvenia Silverstar Night version bulbs(mk4 golf- euro beam style projector lens) and more recently PIAA 4100k Xtreme white (on the 128i) and now Orasm Rallye 65w
I have never been so impressed with light bulbs until now

There are a few Buying links
Ebay has 2-3 sellers ( this is the cheaper one - http://www.ebay.com/itm/OSRAM-off-ro...item2ebaf0b8b5 as discussed here - http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums...pics/2286223/2)
AliExpress has on 1-2 sellers
Candlepower and some SUV lights webpage

I used AliExpress - http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-...793000027.html

PS - I do not recommend going over 65W these bulbs run warmer than OEM and the NARVA 70w and 80w or even 85w will be a risk and may over time will cause microcrack on the Lenses

Ebay also has new versions of these bulbs 65w - White color and 65w - Pure high contrast Yellow - but at $20/bulb price
