Plug / Coil week
It seems that coils and plugs fail in hot weather, well maybe but I think we are just seeing more and more modified N54 cars through the shop.
But in three days I have done six cars |

Also not cool @ the coils
Your opinion on the aftermarket ones? Waste of money and cheaper just to replace with oem ones over and over? And what are your plugs of choice? Oem/oem equivalent... Or 1 step colder re gapped ones? |

My take is to wait for the release of the M3/M4 and see the specification of the Coil and plugs. Most likely we can just use the M3/M4 OEM coil & plugs and then call it a day.

I must confess I'm one of those cars… Although I must admit, now that the coils, plugs and vanos solenoids have been replaced the ride is much smoother, responsive and most importantly….No misfires.
Thanks again to the team at Advan. Now whats next… DP or cooler |
