I got a fault code P1628 via a generic code reader. Anybody knows what that means?

Thanks. Looks like my throttle actuator might be going out. As of right now I don't have any error lights on my dash but it did came on last week and it turned itself off.

Can anybody tell me how to get the specific code definitions? My scanner is reading P1628 but when I go look it up on their website it's defining something else. Per my research a few of the members here are saying that code is 2B21. How did they came up with that code?
