2012 headlights on 2009?

Ive searched and couldnt find a definitive answer on this so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I have an opportunity to pick up some 2012 e82 headlights with the eye brow. I was wondering if this is pnp on a 2009 (12/08 build date) or does it need parts/coding?

Yes they are pnp, where in LA did you find a set and how much?

I have a friend that does headlight repairs and got himself a new set from the dealer inventory.

$500 + my lights. I thought that was a decent price.

lol. yea..i thought it was a good deal. he's hooking it up for me. think these go for $1000+ for the set?
