Best place to buy BMW PE in Canada (Quebec)

Hey, I just bought a 2012 128i and I was wondering where I could buy a PE for the best price in Canada or US if they ship here.
I am searching for one, shipped, at about 600-700$

Have it delivered to a UPS store across the border in NY or VT.
Then drive down pick it up and bring it back over the border.
Canadian customs will collect the HST.
Many of the retailers on the web have free shipping within the US.
