I have the Music adapter for apple iphone 4/4s.
This is part # 84.21-2 199 390-02.

This is designed for E90/E92/E93 with smartphone integration with a build date before 9/2010.

Works perfectly.

It integrates the music from the iphone with the car and frees up the other usb port in the center console. It also allows the car's antenna to be used for better phone reception.
