Hardtop prep

My 06 z4mr came with option 0380 hardtop prep.
What does this include?

two brackets on each side about 2 inches behind your door lock pins that have silver holes that accepts the hardtop. otherwise, it's a black blank bracket. The rear window heater is also pre-wired and connected.
