The time has finally come. . . I'm selling my 2011 E92 M3. I am currently located in the East Bay, and will be moving into downtown San Francisco before the end of August. That means I need this car to move, fast!

18,XXX ODO | No Accidents | Clean Title | Factory Warranty until 04/2015 or 50K mi.

This E92 M3 has been with me from the beginning, when I took delivery of it in May 2011. I've made a list of both cosmetic and performance mods to this car, and after consideration, have decided to sell the car with everything included, in the interest of time. That being said, I'm a motivated seller. All of the following additions to the car were purchased and installed by IND Distribution in their shop in Chicago, IL last year. • IND Pulled Rear Fender Mod (no rubbing with 315 rear tire)

• OEM BMW Performance Steering Wheel
• Project Kics R40 racing lugs + Macht Schnell studs
• OEM CF Roof Retrofit
• Innotech Valvetronic Exhaust w/ Turner Test Pipes (primary cat delete)
• Evolve Tuning Stage 1 Tune -- CEL delete for primary cat sensor
• KW V3 coil over suspension
• Rogue Toe Arms
• BMW Performance Spoiler
• Lux H8 V3 Angel Eyes
• Gloss Black Front and Rear Grill Mesh

I've taken into account the re-sale value of these modifications and realize the reality that some of them may be unrecoverable costs for myself. This car is priced to sell!
