Vanos Oil Filter Change?
Getting ready to do an oil change and perusing M3 Forums came across the Vanos Oil Filter
M3ForumVanosOilFilter seems worth doing with every oil change.... Is there a recommended interval for changing it ?

Not really worth it to have it change out so often, IMHO. From the research that I've done, most everyone that have changed them less than 50k miles found them to be clean.

I change it at every "inspection", when I do a valve adjustment.
Never found any shmuts on it.

+1. I changed mine around 28k miles and did not notice anything on the filter neither. The filter is pretty cheap so why not.
