Finally ran into a 2013 F10 M5 in Austin

It still had dealer tags from the same place I got mine, BMW West in Houston. I got up next to him and honked he looked over and then gave me the thumbs up. He already tinted his windows, it was a black one. Gee, I was beginning to think I would never see one here in Austin and the funny thing is, it was bought in Houston. Apparently there is at least one more like mine in Austin as the dealers son ordered an Amzonite silver one back in January. He got the Sahkir interior though, I am told by the salesman.

So if the new M5 owner in Austin sees this post, give it a bump.

Random, I parked next to this same M5 out at ACC this morning. We were in my neighbor's new M6 so it was fitting. Both gorgeous cars.

Missed you, I was in Plano all weekend visiting my daughter and bowling in a tournament. Had a Nissan GTR pull up behind me, he crossed two lanes to do it, I had to turn so couldn't pull aside him. There are tons of performance cars in West Plano. I saw the same Maseratti twice in addition to the GTR and then at the Paicugo when I went to get gelato there was a AMG C63. I do see more of the AMGs around than I do M5's so that wasn't so rare.
