Front diffuser that hides lower center

Hi,

Ran over a truck retread tonight on the interstate (very dark, raining, no visibility), and though it was at low speed, I have a little dent and deformation at the very bottom center of my 135i bumper. It's the bottom of the large ovalish opening in the bottom center of the bumper, where the intercooler and other exchangers are exposed.

So my thought was to perhaps add a diffuser on the front to hide this (will get a pic tomorrow in the light), as an alternate way to "fix" the damage.

Can't be too low or too big. Car is low enough as it is and scrapes on my driveway already.

Recommendations?
