OEM CF diffuser should come with mesh grills?

Hi All,

I've got my cf diffuser from BMW dealer and found out that the piece didn't have the mesh grill for the openings. Is it normal or should it come with the grills? Apparently, the dealer sold the diffuser for the first time, they have no idea if it should.

I have one and the should come with all three mesh grills. Looks like they fell off or a manufacturing defect.
