HELP! I have some rubbing issues!!

Need some suggestions or advice!! I have an E90 M3 and I bought HRE P43sc a few months ago.. The car has no EDC at stock high there's is no rubbing until I hit big dips or bumps but not even a speed bump so it's not bad and I don't mind dealing with it. What the problem is that I want to lower it a lil because I think it needs a slight drop but I'm afraid the rubbing will be constant.. I was told that the PSS are too rounded and bulky. I don't think my wheel specs are the problem because I've seen similar specs with no rubbing at all. I took off my wheels last week and found that there's rubbing by the outer fender lining all around but what's weird is that all the rubbing marks aren't similar. For example my passenger side rear fender lining has a whole from the rubbing as the other side has a lil wear on it ?? Also if someone knows a local shop in NY that could help would be great also. Any advice would be great.

SPECS:
Michelin PSS
Front 9.0 x 19 ET 22 255/35
Rear 10.5 x 19 ET 27 295/30

I'm not talking about -4 degrees. The maximum negative camber you will reach is -2.0 +/- without camber plates. That is relatively mild and you have better eyes than I do if you can detect a significant difference between -1.2 and -2.0.

My old car with Eibach springs and -1.6 camber in the front, -2.1 camber in the rear with 275/30/19's on 9.5" et 22 wheels, 295/30/19 on 10.5" et 22 rear:

My current car with -2 degress +/- sitting much lower with 18 x 9.5 et22 front with 275/35/18's and 18 x 11 et18 with 285/35/18's. No rubbing (with the exception of a slight amount on the helper spring which is a KW clubsport issue). FWIW - I am currently running the front wheels at et15 (everything else the same) which has corrected the helper spring rub and added a slight rub at full lock). The point I am trying to make is that with a moderate amount of negative camber, you can run far more aggressive wheels / tires in the front and you should be able to eliminate your problems in the rear.

Is it your front wheels? Your front wheel has too aggressive and offset in 9" width to use with a 255/35 tire. The offset is designed for a 245/35 tire. HRE recommends a 28mm offset in a 19x9 wheel in order to run a 255/35 PSS tire on the front.

All four wheels are rubbing but the front aren't that bad their just touching it, the rears rub a lil more.. Again they only rub on full compression..

I have had an et28 9" wheel and would not call that offset "right". I think it's too conservative and required a spacer on the inside to clear my coilovers. As you know, a 255/35/19 tire is a larger diameter than stock (and larger diameter than 275/30/19). The diameter can cause rubbing at full lock with almost any offset. I think a little negative camber would solve the OP's problems. I have had 9" et20 wheels with 255's that only rubbed at full lock (stock alignment settings and eibach springs). Here are pictures of the 9" et20 wheel with 255/30/20's (same diameter as 255/35/19's):
