First 2013 BMW Meeting (CALGARY)

Hey Everyone!

So we finalized the meeting details

So we are going to meet on May 26th. I will post this thread on other forums so hopefully we will see a variety of BMWs and Minis in this meeting (X1, X3, X5, X6, M3, M5, 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, etc.)

Initial Meeting Details:

Initial Meeting Location: The parking lot across BMW Gallery (650 Crowfoot Crescent NW, Calgary, Alberta, T3G 4S3)
Time: 10:15 AM

Lunch Details:

We decided to have lunch at Steak Pit (50 White Ave, Bragg Creek, Alberta)

Time: If we leave on time, we should be there around 12:00 PM
Route: The map and description is attached below as well. We are simply taking West Crowchild (1A) all the way to Cowboy Trail (22), we turn left to Cowboy Trail and that will get us to Steak Pit.

Driving Details:

We are going to drive to Elbow Falls after lunch.

Time: Hopefully we will leave Steak Pit by around 1:00 - 1:30 PM.
Route: We take Cowboy Trail and turn right to AB 66. Attached below is the map of this route.

Weather Forecast:

Hopefully will be nice

Please make sure:

1) To bring Camera, take as many pictures as you can and share them among members here
2) To obey Traffic Laws and Speed Limits all the time in this meeting.
3) Tell all your friends with BMW or MINI to join us.
4) Share your phone numbers with few members (in case you need help or you get lost)
5) Have lots of fun
