Tires are summer tires from Bmw.

4500 miles on them but alot of tread left.

All wheels are in great condition no curb damage of any kind.

18x8 et 34 offset in the front

18x8.5 et 47 offset in the rear

Bridgestone Potenza S001 Max Summer

tire specs are

225/45/18

255/40/18

Sorry put this up at work didnt get a chance to edit but yes it is staggered the offset is

18x8 et 34 offset in the front
18x8.5 et 47 offset in the rear

tire specs are

225/45/18
255/40/18

To my knowledge they should fit without a problem.
