Is that just the bulb or does it have a ballast and such thing? Never really know about piaa but I know it is a good brand

Just the bulbs. Very high quality. They are meant for cars that support HID lights.

So does it plug n play on E82 135i? Do you have any reference of how it looks? I know you haven't install it but it's quite hard for me to find one on the internet

It's plug and play if you have xenon bulbs already. I could just recommend googling the bulbs for how they look.
