Godspeed intercooler help!!

Hey guys I'm about to do my install on my intercooler tomorrow..I heard I need taps to hold the intercooler, do I really need it? Or it's okay? Also if I do, can someone tell me how or let me know a link of the DIY. I did some research but I can't find it! Please let me know ASAP thank you in advance!

What do you mean by taps? Like a threaded bolt hole tap? There are 2 torx screws holding the OEM IC in place. As long as the mounting locations are the same, it should bolt up.
