Linear springs for KW V1 / ST
I know HPA sells linear swift springs that work with KW V2 and V3, but have to be machined down by 1 mm to install correctly.
http://www.hpashop.com/KW-Swift-Spri...conversion.htm Anyone know if these work with KW V1 or ST coilovers (which I assume are the same) as well? If not, anyone know of any other linear springs that could work with STs? If it can work what would be a good spring rate for our cars that's more aggressive than the stock KW progressive ones, but not too much for the shocks to handle?

I'm also interested. I've seen Harold report that swift springs are much more durable, more consistent and better performers than the stock units for those. I wasn't aware of the machining needed tho. Hope your question gets addressed by those in the know.

Remember, ST and V1 have progressive front springs, the upgraded Swifts will be linear rate so you will get more consistent performance just from that aspect alone. Let us know if you have further questions via PM or email as it is hard to keep track all the threads we have responded to. |

Thank you so much for the response! At first I was looking at 448f/616r but I guess that's too much for the calibration on the shocks to handle :P
Would you recommend getting just the fronts, or is there really that big of a performance difference when getting both?
