My budget is going to be around 20k

2008-2010 BMW 135i
6spd ONLY
Coupes ONLY
Colors: Black, White, Blue, Grey, Red
MUST have the sports package/M package
MUST have Coral Red Leather, Terra cotta Leather, Black Leather
Prefer aluminum trim, black trim, or dark wood
Less than 70k
Navigation is also preferred but not necessary
Car must be clean and not beat on, no accidents
Modded cars are welcome but nothing crazy

I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere on the East Coast (I live in Monmouth County, NJ) for the right car.

Also willing to trade for my 330i ZHP.

How soon are you looking to buy? I just moved up from FL and the commute for work is killing me with my 135i, my car meets all your requirements minus the navigation and only has 50k miles. Always garaged in FL so it's never seen snow
