I bought my 08 e90 with these taillights on the it.... went back to stock. been sitting in my garage for a year now...

Not sure what brand or manufacturer...
they are in decent shape. There is a small crack inside (see pics)... same crack on both pieces.

from your pics, yes they're LED; you can tell by the lens picture and by the wiring (resisor box is for the LED)
