4 more days until I take the beast home! Saw it at the dealer on Friday - was delivered to them that morning.

I'm like a little kid giddy with excitement.

On a more mature note - thanks to all members who post your experiences, advice and opinions. It has made me so much more knowledgeable and confident when dealing with spec choices, dealer enquiries etc.

Hope all enjoy the f10 M5 in good health and not too many licenses are being devoured by the beast!

I understand the excitement completely. Today was my first real drive and to enjoy my M5 and it is truly a remarkable car. Enjoy the thumbs up on the road. I took delivery one week ago.

Enjoy and look forward to the pics!!! I posted pics under moonstone M5 delivered.

I'm planning a trip to Hamiliton Island staying at the Qualia Resort with a stop over in Sydney, this will be my first trip to the down under. If you live in Sydney I'll be looking for a very excited M5 driver on the roads!!!!

991 and M5 is what I hope to have once the M5 excitement settles down a bit.
