gtfour stoppped by my place last night before a track day today and we took some pics and chatted for a bit. driving along with another z4m was nice, i finally got to see how these cars look driving.

i know. i changed the emblems to black chrome. i found it more fitting closer to the corner.

hey your offsets look just like mine, did you have rubbing or what did you do to stop it, i have a slight bit now that the springs have settled, and will probably modify the wheel well some but just wondered if you had it and what did you do to take care of it!

My wheel/tire setup does not rub. Try rolling the rear fenders

Thanks for the feedback The rears are fine no rubbing only the front and it's minor at best and just because I lowered it. It didn't rub then and now theirs a small spot on the front near the headlight, but I did go with a slightly larger tire as it was only available in that size and I wanted the design of tire so the rubbing could have been avoided . But hey if you want the look sometimes you gotta take the undesirable outcome....

I second that. dubsesd definitely has skills! I've read your other posts and it's not just a polarizing filter. You've got great composition too. I think you see photographs in your mind before you even look through the camera. Your photos are a work of art.

Pics are awesome and it was a 15 minutes max photo shoot and it was almost completely dark outside. Too bad I was 2 hours late at your place, we missed the golden hour

great. looking forward to seeing the video. i dont think it rained at calabogie too much either. we had some scattered showers here in ottawa

Almost no rain at Calabogie until 16h30, then we packed everything and it starts raining for real. It was scary to drive the car with the trailer and my "street v12 tires" with 3/32'' left... I was hydroplaning every 5 minutes.

30 minutes from Ottawa on the 417, it stopped raining so I kinda want to get home and accelerate the rythmn a tad. I was a little bit over the speed limit following the traffic and maybe it was a little bit too fast cause 2 of my 3 fuel jugs (empty) fly off the trailer... It usually never happen at 120km/h, guess I was maybe going a bit faster...

At Rigaud things got worst, it was raining so bad that I was driving 50km/h and was hydroplaning... This is just before the hail starts. It was 1/2'' big. I was so nervous and wish it didn't dent my car. I think it is ok, I need to wash the car to confirm.

To make the ride more enjoyable, I got stock 2 hours just before the bridge in Vaudreuil because a truck crash into a car and the bridge was closed except the left lane...

It took me 6 hours from Calabogie to Montreal... I am really tired today and was supposed to go to a local Time Attack event but woke up at 11h00 and driver meeting was at 8h30...

wow, sounds like quite the trip back. good thing you made it back alright. best thing to do in hail is just pull over.
