need help! installing m3 rear subframe bushings

I am now installing my rear (front) m3 rear subframe bushings. My workshop just took off the front stock bushings out but cannot insert the m3 ones in. I think it has to be inserted from the top. Anybody can help me on this. Thank you.

Yes, should be inserted from the top, but not sure about the screw.
I've refused from the idea of front due to a lot of work on them, having installed only the rears, so the guys, who did the front ones will tell the details.

You do have the sub-frame bushing tool, right? Use Armor All to lube, works great!

I made a DIY for this. Personally if you're patient and just a little mechanically inclined, there's no reason to pay someone to do this job.
