For trouble free driving, I recommend the BMW PPK. 2011 and later 135i's have a stiffer suspension than the earlier ones. Of course if you enjoy modding...

I modded as follows:

1.) Seats (BMW performance aka Recaro Speedsters)
2.) Wheels + non RF Tires (VMR VB3 18x8.5/18x9.5 +45/+40, SportContact 2's)
3.) Cobb AP stg I aggressive.

Next is is Lux angel eye kit and probably a FMIC or Coilovers....

Everyone has thier own preference and priorities. Personally i love my car with its current power and suspension. As i drive it more i start to understand the areas i want to work. Just do what will satisfy yourself the most and not what everyone else is doing....

if you want to win racing...find a way to swap out the snails (custom kit w/DP's and IC) and do weight reduction.

Drag race? Or road coarse?
Well either way, I think that lighter wheels and better tires is what I would do #2 after the tune.

Then turbo back exhaust ( includes dp).

Then followed by a good coil over suspension set up and a few other suspension goodies. And an alignment!

Then FMIC and piping.

If you are going to race on a road coarse, don't forget to upgrade your brake pads, SS brake lines, and upgraded brake fluid. This might be something to do before the suspension.

Then I would add meth injection.

Then Maybe a limited slip diff.

I did wheels, tires, coilovers, and camber plates but I like going around things. The more turns the better in my opinion so I choose mods that enhance that.

The only reason I agree on putting an LSD near the bottom of the list is the $$$. If u have the $, LSD should be before anything else. Especially if you are drag racing!

The LSD for the DCT is a lot more $$$$, based on the reading I've done here..... Sometimes people forget here is a difference.

#1, wheels and tires (Apex ARC-8 or EC-7 are really the only ones with good rear fitment)

The extra power is useless until 60+mph with the stock runflat tires.
