PROBLEM sudden power cut @ acceleration code-P16b9 plz help

full gas pulls give me a very sudden power cut off and slaps the car right into limp mode, half engine light, with a very, very rough idle and renders the car undrivable in that state. Turning off the car and on again regains baseline function. A repeated 3rd gear pull resulted in the same issue. 2nd gear pull did the same.
this happens @ roughly 5500rpm
I pulled the below code from the OBD

P16b9 (Self-diagnostic engine control unit - control loss of torque - wiring harness, engine control unit)

BMW is seriously starting to piss me off (my S1000RR is currently aswell @ the shop because of a faulty throttlebody).

never mind this issea has been taken care off. It was 10€ PART.
