This would definitely be handful to try the autobahn during ED pickup while your car is still within run-in!

Cool idea, and a good way of letting you know in advance if you are considering the order of one of these babies.
Too bad there isn't a 1M in their stable though...

Nice! The M5 and X5M's are definitely new choices. When I went, the only car they had available were E92 M3's. Highly recommended, painless process and had a ton of fun

If only this was offered at the Performance Driving School in SC as well. I have a class reservation in October, and the rental car options around there are poor. Can't even get a convertible Mustang (non-GT).

I did this when I was in Germany a year ago. Just a heads up to everyone, you can rent a car from as little as an hour to a full day. You can also reserve a specific car up to a month in advance -- Had I know this I would've rented an M3 before I made my trip. When I went there was still no M5 & the X5/X6 Ms hadn't be added to the On Demand lineup, the M3 was booked for a month straight. I settled for a 335i tho
Was incredible getting to drive a BMW on the autobahn & getting to open it up. It's that same reason why the On Demand program would be useless in the US, there's no where in this country where you can legally do 100+ Highly recommend that anybody who goes to BMW Welt tries to get a chance in their "dream" BMW |

I did this last year in April! We rented a M3, made 500 km in it, an then on the way back to the Welt,at the red light, a girl crashed in the front of the M3, shit! Police came and absolutely no problem from BMW, regarding this crash!
Was an experience, and i was happy, that it wasn't my M3!! |
