if i was your brother i wouldn't swap the lease. With VW/Audi the original Leasee is kept on the contract, so if the person you transfer the lease to doesn't pay you're still held liable.

Although that seems strange considering how many audi/vws are on swapalease or leasetrader.

Unfortunately, my brother traded it in and got an X5 for an amazing deal as he was $6,000 upside down on his GTI.
BMW Tenalfy, NJ was unbelievable throughout the entire process.
