How rough of a ride is it with 20's? I've been debating on springs or a sleeve over kit.

This setup is just as comfortable as the stock suspension is.

The sleeve over kits are significantly stiffer than stock.

If comfort is a concern, this setup would be better suited for you, not to mention far less expensive.
