I recently changed out my '08 headliner to the '09 and up Anthracite version. I have the original stock grey headliner and all of the trim panels (minus the overhead light pieces) up for grabs. All in great condition (non-smoker).

I've had a few questions about this already, and others wanting to do the change I did. Luckily I got mine from a friend - Justin (OKC) - he sold his 1er for what is now an extremely sick E90 M3 before he had time to complete the mod. Total for 98% of the parts is damn near $900; and you still have to paint the courtesy light panels, as you can't order just the plastic covers for those. It certainly changes the look and is how the car should have been (I'm BSM on Coral so the grey was a sore thumb). I'm happy I completed the mod, but had I not got the 2nd hand buddy hook up, I'm not sure if I'd spend the cash. You might come out cheaper dyeing the original and just painting the pieces....I guess you could buy an extra headliner and panels to experiment with on the cheap if you wanted (hint hint hint).
