FS Feeler : Alpine white/black 2008 BMW M3
Hello everyone, I'm looking to see what I should expect to get for my 2008 Alpine white/black M3 coupe. Premium and cold weather packages. Has carbon fiber trim on the interior and carbon fiber roof. 5% tint all the way around with 30% on the windshield. Navigation/iDrive. No warranty. It has about 72k miles on it, and I daily drive it so the mileage will be going up. All maintenance has been done as it showed up on the idrive. I recently had the brake pads changed in the front, and the rears are showing they will need to be done in approx. 8k miles. Oil changed every 5 - 7k miles with the oil BMW recommends. The modifications it has are the Hamman Carbon Fiber front lip, carbon fiber rear diffuser, AFE Cold air intake, and Eisenmann Race Exhaust. I also had the brake lights painted black, professionally with clear coat. The brake lights are completely visible and it does not change the brightness as much as tint would. The car sounds phenomenal. Other than those mods I changed the angel eye bulbs (LUX H8) to make them brighter, and the roundels to white/black. I have the stock exhaust if it would be needed. I keep meticulous care of the car and there is nothing wrong with it mechanical or cosmetic. Please let me know what I should expect to see for my asking price/offers. I was thinking $40,000. Let me know if that is reasonable or if I'm off my rocker. I can be contacted at Paul.redm3@gmail.com . Thank you everyone in advance for your feedback. I appreciate it. Maybe I've been misinformed, but I was unaware that there is a sport package for the M3?
Clearbook puts the price around 37.5k, but as a guy who's been looking for quite some time now, I would not consider that price an attractive one, due to the high mileage. For a few thousand more, a buyer could get one loaded with a 1/3 of the mileage.. which is well worth it to me, but maybe not so much to a guy who's just looking to get an M3 at the lowest price possible. |

I would try to part out mods and sell as stock to maximize your money. You can get few thousand at least from the mods, then low-mid 30's for the car stock.

Sorry to say that it's not. That's a lot of miles on an 08. You would have a VERY hard time selling it for $35k. $32-$33k is more realistic. I wouldn't be surprised if you got under $30k on a trade in.

Jump on that. That's what its probably worth in a private sale. 34K? Maybe? 40K no way. Good luck.
