Item Interest

In the market for an 09+ E90 M3, in or around the NYC tri state area. Must have NAV, DCT, and sun roof. Adjustable suspension and heated seats (for the misses) a big plus. Car must have less than 30k miles.

Not interested in light colored interiors i.e. bamboo, beige etc.

Price range mid to upper 40’s, possible low 50’s if it have everything that I’m looking for.

Is 2010 M3 with rebuilt title for $39k (damage pics and records available below) an option you'd consider?

Scope of damage and rebuilding work:

Light left front suspension damage, no frame, wheelhouse, radiator damage.
Replaced complete left suspension, left fender, front bumber cover, radiator support (hard plastic was lightly cracked) left headlight, front bumper cover.
There was no other damage. Hood, aircleaner, radiators, windshield are original. There was no broken windows - all original.

Mine doesn't hit all your criteria (its in TX, is an 08, and a 6MT) but is far less than your price range, which might be favorable. The car is CPO'd which runs out in 2014 or 100k miles.

Unfortunately due to a back injury MT is out of the question.
