Hey guys, my brother is trying to sell his 2005 RSX-Type S. I'm throwing his thread up here in case anybody is looking or knows someone looking. Please forward this along. Makes a great daily! Feel free to PM me or hit him up directly.

The time has come for me to part with my car and move on to something else. I’m selling my 2005 Acura RSX Type-S in Vivid Blue Pearl (VBP). Currently the car has 73,4XX miles on it but that will continue to rise slowly as this is my daily. The car is in great condition with a clean title. I am the second owner of the car and I purchased pre-owned from a local Honda dealer with 29k on it. The car has served me well and been very reliable over the years. Oil changes were done every 3-4k miles with Mobil-1 and all other maintenance has been done at the recommended intervals. The front brake pads were just swapped with Hawk HPS pads just under 1000 miles ago, and the rears were replaced last weekend. The car was also brought into Acura for the tranny recall and a new oem clutch was put in at the same time (at about 55k miles). Overall the car is in perfect mechanical shape. The front bumper was recently painted to a perfect match and the whole car was detailed just before the winter.

Interior and engine bay are also in great condition. Front seats do have slight wear, but nothing major. The rest of the interior is in immaculate condition and rarely got used. Interior was always detailed thoroughly with meguiar’s products. Pictures will be posted soon of engine/interior.

- Strut King bushings in tranny and shifter
- Hondata Reflash

The Bad:
- The rear bumper has a few minor scrapes.
- There are two small key scrapes by the passenger door handle. (3-4 inch)
- The wheels have some curb marks, mainly the passenger rear wheel.

Asking $13,000. Slightly negotiable. NO TRADES! The exhaust is not included in the sale unless requested in which case add $400.

Is that a backup camera above the license plate? Is it already wired and the head unit was just removed, or are my eyes deceiving me completely?

Lol good eye. There was an aftermarket headunit with backup camera, but it's all been removed and neatly put back to stock now.
