No 15k mile service?

Tell me if this makes any sense. My car currently has 19k miles and its saying it can go for another 7k miles before the next oil change. I purchased the car used with 13k miles and have not done any type of service since I purchased it. Shouldn't it have required an oil change right around 15k miles?

Its possible the previous owner did a low mile oil change but I was under the impression that doing so would not affect any of the service counters?

Thanks,

I believe the very first service is due at 1200 miles. Then, the next one is required at 13,000 miles. Then, I believe the next is due at 26,000 miles. So what it is telling you is correct.

What a lot of people do on the forum here is pay for themselves to have it changed between the scheduled services. For example, they'll change it themselves at around 7-8k miles, have the dealership change at 13,000, change it themselves again at 20,000, and so on.. I know that's what I'm doing.

Thanks,
Just call the dealer and confirm all the proper services have been done - they should be able to pull the records for the car. They are based on mileage, but also time. So you can't be certain at what mileage a service was done...
