Mine still available as previously discussed in email....at this point, given the transfer time, likely would only be a 12 month term to you Stay in touch as you continue the search, and I hope you find something great

I'm in LA and can always use a new car...
2011 e90 white with blk interior. Loaded car with competition, premium, tech, DCT, window shades, comfort..etc. I think it's missing only cold weather pkg and extended leather. MSRP around 73k if I remembered right. I have exactly 2 yrs left and car gets 15k miles/yr. I am pretty much right on the mileage allowance. Payment is 990 including CA tax. No tricks or money exchange. No accident and driven by a grandpa! Only possible incentive is giving the car with a barely used arkropovic slip on.

Have you talked to a dealer about leasing? You could do a 2-3 year lease from a dealer and get into the new M3 after the first model year comes out. I know people who have lease deals on 2011 and 2012 M3s. The payments range from $885 through $960 including taxes.

guys just ignore the op, or at least consider this before you do a transaction with him. I just realized he's a troll after seeing this on the other thread:

Doesn't matter which of the 2 you get You will know the gas station attendants on a first name basis after you buy the car I'm averaging 14.7mpg And I do stop to get gas way more than I should But I dont regret it Think of it as a healthy cocaine addiction You need the gas, but at least it doesn't harm hour health If you're thinking of an M3 or C63 Stay away from the 335is If you can't find an m3 then get a 335 and spend some money on a tune 335is is not worth the price difference between it and the 335/M3
