they are factory OEM from BMW. i bought a second set and took them to Penske (they own San Deigo BMW and do all there body work/paint work) and they painted them to match. They have a clear coat as well and are idenctial to the Jet Black finish. if using paypal, sending $45 and that will get them shipped to you by tomorrow!
