Thanks guys. Yeah side moldings came with the car. Still debating on removing them doesn't bother me.

Did BMW actually release the car with the molding? I don't recall ever seeing it until today.

you can get them on any car, installed at the dealer, just a/m moldings color matched

I understand that, but you'd have to go tell the dealer to install it. OP said it came with the car and he hasn't decided to take it off or not. Isn't this implying that he didn't opt for this "option" in the first place? It's not a BMW option..

Don't know how or when they were put on. But came with the car when I purchased it.
