Downtown Toronto Monthly Parking Pass

so my job is gonna relocate me to downtown Toronto. its around University/King. how much is a monthly parking pass in that area about? also, i perfer a structure with a roof over my car lol. anyone know that area well?

Pricey. $250 plus likely.

There's an underground Green P around University/King (entrances at Front/University and York/Piper). I checked a while back (been a couple years) and back then it was around $275/month and a three month waiting list.

The spots in there are pretty tight, but i've seen Aston Martins, Porsches etc., park in there on a regular basis with no dings.

Maybe you can do a search for private parking spots that people are renting out. Before I decided to commute through GO, I found a couple throughout the Financial District area from between $110-$350. I think you'll quickly dismiss the idea of driving to DT once you get fed up with the idiots and traffic everyday.

It's a nightmare of epic proportions.

I'm currently commuting FROM DT to Mississauga and I'm miserable.

If you're set on driving in, Bunn's idea is a great one. I tried the same solution, though it was tough to find a renter willing to rent to non-tenants (in the case of condos). I'm happy to get you a spot under my name in my building but it's a 15 minute walk (at least) to where you're located.

$240/month in city hall (bay/queen), pretty dirty lot though, but on the plus side, pretty large and you can park far away from the crowds if you want.

i do green p at esplanade (behind the novotel hotel). $160/mth i think... but it would be a bit of a trek to univ. and king.
