Loss of Boost...
2011 135i w/ 7k. Car does not feel like its pulling hard at all. At times, don't even hear the turbo hissing. It just started doing this, wtf?
No boost gauge no reading, thanks bmw. First I thought it was bad gas from Costco and now with another fill up from Shell... same thing. There is no punch in acceleration and w/o any CEL... About to take it in to a dealer... anyone else w/ similar symptoms? |

I think so, maybe bad gas from Costco. I think it finally cleared through the fuel system entirely. Feels a lot more peppy now.
Or, could it be that after I finally brought down my Evo VIII to my new home I've been getting reacquainted with her raw power! It dynos about 400whp with 3100lbs to push... Bimmer may never be the same again. Oh well, it's more comfy and it's a vert! My 06 Evo IX and 05 Evo RS...now with 04 Evo GSR. Last edited by spyderx; 01-30-2012 at 11:20 PM.. |
