Trading my 3 for a 128i

Im thinking about trading my 3 series in for a 128i convertible. Saw one for $20k with 103,000KM clean no accident on it,
my CPO 2006 323 has 50K KM on it clean almost new.

What would be a fair value if I were to add money towards the trade.
Thoughts? are these 128i's reliable? seeing at it has double the milage of my car.

I probably wouldn't do this based on the fact that your car is a CPO and have less than half the KMs as the 128i.

I also would keep your car; that being said:
I only buy privately and have never been burned
I own a 128 coupe; they are reliable & cheap to maintain [vice a 135]
How many owners?
Original paint? ALL OF IT
Curb rash?
High quality tires on it?
Proof of maintenance?
At least 6-8 oil changes and 2 brake fluid flushes.
Winter driven? [altho not a great issue if always a Vancouver car]
Inspection by a BMW garage [dealer or independant]
Talk with someone in local BMW club
