Meisterschaft Exhaust Install

I recently bought Meisterschaft's GT exhaust with their Section 1 LX Pipe and Section 2 connecting pipes. I was going to install it all in one go, but then realized that you have to cut and weld the Section 1 LX pipe onto the the stock exhaust. Do I need to weld or can I just slip them straight on and clamp? Am I missing something or does this all make sense?

P.S. I just went ahead and put on the axle back GT exhaust and it sounds great; I really want to get the rest on though.

Thanks.

You don't need to weld anything. I bought my LX pipe used but it came with two clamps. Clamping it is fine.

Actually, I have a set of primary cats if you are interested in them so you don't have to cut your OEM x-pipe. They are already cut to length for the LX pipe. PM me if your interested.

Can someone send me pictures of what I am supposed to be looking at or where I should cut?

I plan on finishing it up over the Christmas break. If you have any pictures though that would be nice.

I can get you some pics of where the primary cats should be cut off of the OEM x-pipe if that helps?

That would be perfect. Or even some kind of measurement at all.
