Little rock dealership had 2 1m's delivered today

2 AW units were delivered today. One was sold to a guy in Texas. Don't know who got the other unit.

Do these belong to any posters?

man, i spoke with them this morning to ask if they had any but they must've already sold.. i could be wrong, bc i spoke with about a dozen other dealers today, but i'm pretty sure they said the car was a special order. they didn't mention getting the second one, though

The second one is gone. The story I got was that it was a stripper that another dealer turned down and it sold today to someone in Arkansas.

I was hoping to have the only one in Arkansas...

Mine came from Monroe, LA. I know the guys that own it ori would have never got one.

Both were sold long before today.

Thanks. That actually wasn't mine though. I picked mine up this week in Bentonville AR. I think the VO went to Hot Springs. I spoke with the sales manager on Wednesday and he said they lucked out on the VO car as it was passed on by another dealer. He said he called BMWNA a few weeks back asking for another allocation and they laughed. Then they called back within the hour telling him it was his lucky day that another dealer had passed on the VO stripper. So it was shipped here.

Enjoyed meeting you too. Has The ship arrived yet?

Ship arrived last Thursday, car was supposed to be on Monday truck, but didn't leave until Wednesday and still has not arrived at the dealer, probably tomorrow sometime. Looks like I have to wait until next weekend to make the trek over to get it if not arriving today.

I have a black 1M ordered through Little Rock - taking delivery in S.C. Nov. 2 and then driving it home to Dallas. Can't wait. Grabbed it when that allocation became available probably 3 months ago.

I recently found out that Drew left them and is now selling Toyotas.

That means little rock received 3. You, hot springs guy, and one that someone else owns. Strange part of this is the 2 cars that are based in little rock came from outside of little rock.

Personally I cannot believe the little rock dealership got 3 units.

I am with you on that. The word I got a couple months back was they expected to only get one car which was the first AW car that went to TX this week. The VO car was supposedly a surprise. Now that I hear they got a third car really surprises me. Thankfully for me the dealership in NW Arkansas didn't want the car to go out of state. I will buy my next BMW up there too.

Are you positive that AW came from Little Rock? To my knowledge, Texone got their first allocation and the VO was the second one which really was a gift from their BMWNA rep.

Texone above says he got one from little rock and is taking a performance center delivery, so that is one.

There were two at the dealership this week, vo and AW, which equals 3.
