California car, purchased from Brecht BMW in San Diego and lived its whole life garaged in LA & OC. Enthusiast and long time BMW CCA owner. No snow and rarely rain. No kids or pets have ever been in or around the car. I have a beater GTi that I drive to work every day so this car often sits in the garage until its time for weekend trips. Never abused, always properly warmed up and treated as if I were going to keep it forever. Original paint and bodywork. A few small chips on the bumper from driving around So Cal freeways but very nice overall. The front end was always taped up for any extended trips but I did not have the front end clear guarded as it seems to sometimes yellow on white cars. Front bumper has never been drilled for a license plate mount. I was going to keep the car but I have too many cars and my vision for my garage has changed. I might consider a partial trade for a really nice E46 M3 or a Porsche 911 turbo.

I have limited time to show the car so please no tire kickers. If you are not sure you want an E90 M3 or are looking for test drives, then please drive one at the dealer first and then come inspect my car for condition when you are a serious buyer.

Bump. I have PM'ed many of you that are interested and trying to get finances etc. organized. I have an offer to sell that car back to the dealer that I may take at the end of the month. Its been really well cared for and I would much rather that someone who is an enthusiast get this car. If you are thinking of acting let me know soon.
